The Akita has been around Japan for thousands of years. Known as the Odate Dog from the Island of Honshu. Now named the Akita. The Akita has 9 Standard Colors and 5 Markings. It was officially recognized by the AKC in 1972 and is currently #55 on the Favorite Breed List. If you want to have an Akita you need to train it as a puppy with Positive Training Techniques and Respectful commands. They need to be part of the family and not an outside dog.

Below this is what appears to me a young Akita sitting and looking at you thinking "Who Me?" Then the other side has an Adult Akita in a Stance. All the poses are accented with Green Grass. The Akitas on this Sock all appear to be Red with White Masks and White Markings. Black is used for Eyes, Nose, Ears, Fur and Outlining. The Akitas Tongue is Rose.  Another set of Poses are two Akitas facing each other laying down. The pattern then repeats. This is a Thin Style Sock and comes in Size Medium.
